New from Ko’olau Guitars

We are about to go off to NAMM and from friday-sunday I’ll be shooting videos with Corey. So today I tested my travel recording rig on this Ko’olau guitar. A new smaller body and and shorter scale guitar from Noa and Ryan. The sound blew me away. This smaller guitar is as good as it gets, in my opinion!

This new model guitar from Ko’olau is almost the same body size and scale as their new tenor guitar which is 23 1/2″ (seen in the last video). So a 24″ scale small body but with 6 strings and tuned like a standard guitar. It features upgraded European Spruce and Waverly keys with the black pearl buttons. It has a gorgeous figured Koa wood body and a perfect nitrocellulose gloss finish. It will go for $5600 w/Case and the 4 String version shown in the video after will go for $5000. Thanks for checking out the latest new from our review. See you soon. We’ll be releasing a few blogs here over the weekend with the latest from NAMM 2014!
